Illinois Virtual Black Women's Support Group

Support groups are an awesome untapped resource that is often underutilized for outpatient mental health services. Group members are "almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be" (apa.org). We are now accepting applicants for a closed virtual support group for adult African-American women (18+) in the state of Illinois. Groups will remain small to allow for the greatest benefit with 6-8 members and will be scheduled weekly for 6-8 weeks. Those who express interest will receive updates.
